General Terms and Conditions

Location The rental of the “Holiday Home” at Piazza Saffi, 7 int. 2 (1st floor), 00053 Civitavecchia (RM) is agreed between Manni Tamara and the customer who must provide the following details: Surname, First Name, and Place of residence.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.

Identification

A valid ID must be presented upon arrival for each guest.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any cancellations at least 3 days before your arrival date.

Early Departure

No refunds will be given for early departures.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via bank transfer or upon arrival (cash, debit cards, and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

Tourist Tax

The room rate does not include the tourist tax of €3 per person for a maximum of 5 nights (exempt for children under 10 years old).

Housekeeping

Cleaning and linen change can be requested every three days from 9:00, unless otherwise agreed with guests.

House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.
Please turn off lights, bathroom towel warmers, TVs, and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Respect the other tenants in the building; quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.
No drug use or alcohol parties are allowed inside the apartment.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents.
Legal responsibility applies for damages to the building.
